　　美国f1签证面试问题主要围绕四个方面：

　　1 学校：为什么选择这个学校?;

　　在回答问题时，一定要把握该原则：去美国学习的专业和目的与将来在中国的发展有何必然的联系。这是你回答问题的主线，在各个问题都应

　　该贯穿这个原则，也是美国移民法所规定的。

　　◆签证官判断是否给我 VISA 的标准是什么?

　　签证官判断是否给你VISA 主要是从三个原则。第一，你是否是一个真实的学生，并且是否能在英语与学术上完成美国的学位学习;第二是否有足够和稳定的资金完成美国的学习;第三是否有移民倾向，当然这个是最难解释和最主观的因素。此外，签证官也考虑你与国内的联系，包括：家庭联系，资金联系，事业联系等。

　　◆为什么学生要申请财政资助签证的机率才大?

　　因为美国不是把教育做为产业，而是把吸收世界各国优秀人才为目标的移民政策，他们是喜欢合格或优秀的学生去学习，而美国采用的是面签，签证第一眼就是看的学校的I-20 表，美国大学一般只给合格或优秀的学生发财政资助，在I-20 表的第7 项和第8 项就能体现，并且表明学生在美国的学习费用的负担也相对较小，可以更安心学习。实际签证的情况，也是有奖学金和财政资助的学生的签证成功率，一般要比全自费的学生高很多。

　　◆什么是牢固的“约束力”?

　　牢固的“约束力”因国家、城市和个人情况的不同而不同。“约束力”是指迫使您在祖国或某地居住的各种关系，如: 您的财产、职业、社会及家庭关系。个人的工作和收入、住宅或公寓、汽车、亲近的家庭成员及银行存款等都包括在内。签证官采用分别处理的方法来研究申请人的职业、社会、文化和其它关系。由于年轻的申请人无法建立这些关系，签证官就要审查他们赴美的确切意图、家庭情况及其在国内的长期发展计划和前景。所有签证申请都依据法律，被单独处理。

　　◆为什么美国签证法这么严格?

　　美国是一个开放的社会。对在其国内的旅游者并不象其它国家那样加以控制，比如强迫旅游者在当地政府登记。为了让外国人毫无负担地在美国旅游，外国人有责任在获得留学签证前证明自己会离美回国。美国移民法要求签证官把每个申请人都看作有移民意图，除非申请人能证明自己无此目的。

　　◆美国第一次拒签以后第二次再申请 VISA 容易吗?

　　美国签证每次都是独立审核和面试的，一般因资金，目的，材料不齐，移民倾向等原因拒签没有什么影响，只要认真准备同样机会很大，因为面签的主观因素，实际上很多学生都是2 签和3 签过的。因此1 签失败没有什么，而且美国签证官原则上有回避原则，即2 签一般不会再由1 签的签证官受理。

　　◆如果拒签是基于 214 条(b)款，就再不能申请签证了吗?

　　不是。如果您已备有第一次申请时签证官未曾审阅过的新材料，或自前一次被拒签后，您的整体情况已有显著改变，并且您能在美国境外建立具有说服力的关系，您就能再次申请签证。

　　◆被拒签的申请人是否必须等到 3 — 6 个月后，才可再次申请签证?

　　拒签后何时再次申请并没有时间限制。只要能提交能够证明您符合得到非移民签证条件的补充文件或证明，您就可以重新申请。一般是在前次签证的两周后才能预约到签证面谈。

　　◆我递交的文件是按要求准备的，可仍被拒签了，我究竟还需要带什么文件?

　　递交文件并不能说明问题，而是文件上所显示的您的整体情况不能够推翻您有移民倾向的假设。请牢记，美国法律假定您有移民倾向，而您必须能证明您的整体情况迫使您在访美后离美回国。

　　◆为什么面谈时间那么短，签证官只问了我一两个问题，而且几乎连我的文件都没看就拒签了我的申请?

　　签证官每年要处理成千上万份签证申请。凭经验，签证官可以迅速审看签证表格和其它辅助材料以减少提问。请记住，签证官所需信息绝大部分已在签证申请表上，通常无需多问问题。

　　◆申请签证时，我已向签证官表示在美国做短暂停留后，一定返回中国，为什么签证官不相信我?

　　签证官必须先衡量您的整体情况，然后再决定是否发给您签证。虽然本人的口头陈述对获得签证有一定帮助，但是，根据美国法律规定，仅凭口头保证不能证明您符合非移民签证的条件。

　　◆我已被美国学校录取，并有 I-20 表格，为什么仍不够获得留学签证的资格?

　　由美国移民局批准的 I-20 表格只是签证官要审查的材料之一。请记住，根据《美国移民和国籍法》中第 214 条 (b)款的规定，所有非移民签证申请人必须证明他们在美国短暂停留后会离开，留学签证申请人也必须证明其在美国完成学业后会离开美国。多数赴美留学的人要在美国呆几个月或几年，这样，签证官在决定是否签发签证前，一定要全面衡量申请人的条件。如果申请人的情况显示其赴美目的不是学习，而是在美长期居留，他肯定会被拒签。因此，即使学校已经录取了您并发给您I-20 表，但也仅是签证官要考察的众多因素之一。

　　◆为何许多被拒签的申请人都得到相同的文件说明被拒签的理由?例如：留学签证和旅游签证的拒签理由总该不同吧?

　　大多数签证申请都是依据《美国移民和国籍法》中的第 214 条 (b) 款被拒签的。大多数被拒签的人均是由于不能提供在美国以外有足够的证据，证明自己在美国短暂停留后肯定回国。许多人都认为有一份文件或一种特殊的回答可以使他在几天或几星期后，再申请时得到签证。这种文件或回答是不存在的。申请人被拒签是因为整体情况不符合条件。申请人应在整体情况有了较大变化后再申请签证。比如：刚毕业的无业学生，应在就业一段时间后再申请签证。

　　◆我告诉签证官我父母在中国，我肯定会回来。我是独生子，我会回来照顾双亲时，签证官仍认为我的回国理由不充分，为什么?

　　经验表明，独生子也会在美国无限期滞留。独生子只是个人条件之一，单凭这条拿签证是不够的。

　　◆我所在公司和我的美国朋友写信保证我会回到中国，可我仍被认为归国理由不充分，为什么?

　　美国法律不允许其他人代替签证官行使权力、衡量申请人的整体情况。保证信不能证明申请人在美国之外的关系。让地位高的人写信担保与此类似，它不能自动证明申请人无移民倾向。但是，签证官会将它同其它文件一起纳入考虑的范围。

　　◆我是否可以提前给使馆发信或传真，让签证官了解我的情况及我与中国的牢固关系?

　　提前给签证官写信没有用。您应该在面谈时带上这封信和其它材料。面谈的地方才是审核申请人材料的最恰当的场合。

　　◆我是否需要隐瞒我在美国有近亲，我正在申请移民，我曾被拒签过等事实?如果我对使馆有所隐瞒、提供错误信息或假文件，会有什么后果?

　　造假的后果非常严重。申请人提供错误信息、隐瞒有关事实，或做不属实的陈诉，都有可能永远被拒绝进入美国。所有批准了的签证申请还会与电脑记录核对，以确定申请表上的某些信息是否与事实相符。中国的申请人有亲戚在美国或曾申请移民是常见的。这类情况不会妨碍申请人获得签证。但故意隐瞒事实的人将被拒签。
